 Ideas for Activities

• Create a large class map of Brandenburg. On a blank sheet of A1 cardboard, draw the outline of the state, its major cities, the courses of the rivers and the locations of the mountains. Mark Potsdam and other cities and towns. Add pictures and short fact cards. Use string to connect the cards to the places they relate to.
• The picture at the beginning of the story shows Slawenburg Raddusch.
